Outstanding Customer Service

A follow up to my review above re the resin melting. I was contacted within an hour or so of submitting the review by Luke from Zen Incense - with a refund, an apology, and an undertaking to update the product description appropriately. I am very happy about this, and would add that I've been a customer for a few years and have always been impressed by the quality of products and service.

Melted through mesh on burner.

Not sure whether I should put this here, or on the review for the soapstone resin burner bought from you on the same order..Once up and running the resin very quickly melts into a puddle which drips through the mesh onto the tea light. Makes a significant mess, and because half drops through it does not burn for long. Took quite a while to scrape the melted resin from the mesh filter. On the plus side- lovely aroma, but because of above not particularly calming! Unusable as a combination.
