Disappointing.

I’m a huge fan of rose so was excited to receive this, the first I’ve tried from this brand. However the description: “Deep, sensuous… stand out from other roses on the market” and “potent (rose) headline fragrance” left me a bit nonplussed. It smelt sweet, definitely not like a premium incense, and more like a powdery Amber than anything rose.
It also smelt a bit stale and after less than a minute I had to put it out as it smelt of burning.
I tried it a few times and each time the same. Perhaps it was a bad batch. I’ve given it three stars for the benefit of the doubt but I definitely wouldn’t buy it again.
